Each and every jewellery and accessory bought at www.augrav.com is made sure that it is reached safely to the door step of the buyers through insured shipping. For this we are tied-up with courier service companies including Bluedart, Sequel Logistics, Speed Post, etc.,
If the courier company do not provide the service. we make sure that we deliver the jewel in person.
Shipment Charges:

Shipment Delays:
We will try our best to make sure the product is ready and dispatched on time. However, the delays caused due to our shipping partners or any other natural occurrences are beyond our control and we do not take any responsibility for such delays. However, it will be under our complete responsibility to make sure the product reaches you safely at any cost.
Estimated Delivery Date:
You will be receiving the product within 7-10 working days from the order confirmation for most of the products. Products that involve 3D designing will vary from 15-25 days. Please do not hesitate to call us any time to know about your order status. You may be notified with the status of the product periodically through e-mail or SMS. In case you do not receive any notification from us, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected].
Cancel & Return Policy:
Currently we take returns only if the product is damaged during transit. In case the product is damaged, we request you to get in touch with us with the next 48 hours to start processing the cancellation or return or refund.
In case of cancellation, the appropriate designing charges will be deducted and for the remaining amount, refund will be initiated. Upon receiving your successful request for cancellation , we would process the same within 10 working days. Refund processing will take maximum of 10 working days.
In case you want to return the product, we will arrange necessary pickup and the refund will be initiated as soon as the product is received. This return and refund will take a maximum of 10 working days.
Exchange Policy:
All our products come with appropriate certificates making it easy to sell the Gold metal with your local gold dealers. We do not support exchanges currently.
Refund Policy:
In case the product is damaged, and the company decides to refund, money will be refunded to your bank account in case you paid using a Debit or a NetBanking account. In case of a credit card, the money will be refunded to your bank account after communicating the same to Augrav.com. Refund processing will take anywhere between 7-12 working days.
