The Photo Engraved Silver Frame is made of pure 999 Silver. We also provide a lifetime guarantee for the engraving of the photos, designs, and text and it is permanent in nature.

Image Specification:

1) Make sure the photo is taken in Good Lighting.
2) Make sure NO Part of the body is cut off from the image borders
3) Avoid photos that are taken in very long shots.
4) We cannot mix two images, as it will not look nice on the product.
5) In a couple of images, if one person is very taller than the other, then the product might not look nice.
Kindly Share Your Images to our WhatsApp Number or email id, so that we could verify the quality and give a go-ahead before placing the order. The better the quality of the picture, the better it will translate on the coin.

Once the order is confirmed, and we receive the images, we will work on the preview and send to your email/whatsapp.  On approval, we will proceed with production.  There is a limit on the number of iterations, which we feel is fair enough, however if it exceeds, then we may charge extra for the design.

Note: We provide only a limited period warranty for the black colour enamel, as it is subject to fade on usage. It is the nature of the enamel. Please avoid using soap water, sanitizers, alcohol, detergents, nail polish remover, etc for cleaning the gold coin pendant. On a regular usage or daily wear basis the pendant is prone to scratches and it is unavoidable.
